Effective Date: October 2026 | Sumit Infotech (SUMIT INFOTEC), Mainpuri, UP
Upon dropping off any computer, laptop, printer, or digital device at our Devpura center, our technicians perform an initial diagnostic inspection. No repair work or chip-level soldering is commenced without prior cost approval from the customer via phone call, WhatsApp, or written job receipt. All diagnostic estimates are valid for 7 calendar days.
Sumit Infotec provides clear, transparent warranty coverage depending on the type of service rendered:
On-site surveillance fitting requests in Mainpuri and surrounding regions are executed by our dedicated full-time in-house fitting crew. Customer responsibilities include providing active AC power points, broadband internet access (if mobile remote viewing is desired), and property access permission. Any additional conduit piping or custom wiring beyond agreed survey limits is charged transparently per meter.
While Sumit Infotec employs industry-leading safety protocols during OS re-installation and hardware repair, customers are strongly advised to back up critical data prior to submitting devices. Sumit Infotec is not liable for data loss resulting from pre-existing storage drive mechanical failures, sector degradation, or corrupt operating system partitions. Data recovery services are executed on a best-effort basis.
Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion notification. Devices unclaimed after 60 days without communication may incur nominal storage charges or be disassembled for spare parts to recover unpaid labor and component costs.
Payment is due upon completion of repair or installation service. We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and direct bank transfers. Official tax/GST invoices are issued for corporate purchases and hardware sales.
